Meditation is the key to a peaceful mind but people tell me they do not have a lot of time.
Think about for you individually a favourite in nature you like to go to. Maybe it is your favourite beach or a mountain.
Picture this in your mind or feel it Spend 5 minutes there .
When you are having a crisis moment or you are at work and feeling like you want to put a pencil in your colleagues neck,or just wanting to clear your head ,go to a quiet area and picture yourself at your favourite place.
This is like a mini meditation and you always have a couple of minutes so no excuses.
The more you go there in your mind the more relaxed you will get in a quicker time.
